Which graphics card is better and stays cooler?

Hi everyone I have been doing alot of research lately on buying a new graphics card. I looked at tigerdirect, amazon and newegg found 2 cards that both look good in performance but I'm still a little confused on which one to buy...I'm trying to figure out which will stay cooler longer I think the Zotac will but I hear a lot of good things about the EVGA. I would not recommend either one a 650 Ti or a 7770 would be a better choice.

I prefer Nvidia and those a little higher in price I have a certain price budget sorry

o.k. well that is understandable i will let others answer your question as i cannot recommend such a horrible gaming card.

You sure? The 7770 is cheaper and performs better or the 650Ti is 20 or 30 dollars more and is a huge difference.
