i need it to be able to record at high setting for such games as crysis 3 and then able to render the video quickly

Since you are doing more than just gaming, the 8350 will benefit you way more than the 3570k and will be about $50 cheaper when you combine the savings from the cpu and the motherboard. It'll be able to render way faster than the i5 and still be able to keep up with the i5 in terms of gaming. The AMD or the Intel option will both be able to record at high settings but the AMD will serve you better when it comes to rendering so I'd go with the red team on this build.
