I just got my ReplayTv but can't find out how to send or receive files from
others. Where do I find my ID#? Is there a site with more info?

It's in the setup menu. Did you not receive a manual with the unit?
Further info is online at their website. You DO have a 5000 series and
not a 5500 series right?
