Think I was hacked..help

I hope this is the right place for this sorry if it is not.My PC has been acting wierd the past 2 days and I have been doing some research.I even have a huge file which I think could prove that I may be hacked.Really needs someone very experienced that is willing to help me..thanks

What preventive measures have you taken to shore up the wholes in your network? I would do that before damage control. And what files did you find that lead you to believe you have been hacked?
