I don't know what reviews you've been looking at but MSI is currently the best out there.

Look for example at Technology which this 2 cards use

http://it.msi.com/product/vga/R7850-Twin-Frozr-2GD5-OC.html#?div=Feature

im still confused between these 2 , Sapphire and Msi :D

1 noob quastion : have smth to do the fact that i wont overlcock my CPU ( also i have a chipset h77 which is not for OC ) with the fact that i will OC my video card ?

i mean i can OC my video card , dont have nothing to do with the rest no ?

1. The chipset on your motherboard does not matter when you OC your GPU.
2. Yes, 550W should be enough. HD7000 series are very power efficient.

1.the chipset of your mobo has absolutely no relation with oc on your graphics card,
because the oc happens on the pcb of the gpu, not the mobo.
2. 550W is more than enough to overclock the card and the cpu and everything else!!!
3. the MSI seems to be a winner to me, and i like MSI too ;P
and why would u change you PSU if u already have a good one ??

the PSU is fine
and sapphire is also good, both will give very identical performance, it is not a really big decision,
the big decision was chosing the gpu, which u have done.
which brand is not as imp. as u think it is, but still i like the MSI better

Yeah, let's not push it :D The PSU is the last component you would want to cheap out on.

i "NEVER" said cheap.
i said a little low voltage, a 500W is enough for a 7850, without a doubt.
if u have a nice quality, a 450W will also be enough.
since the guy wanted to get a 550W for the price,
i said a 500W would be a little more cheaper, and will be enough.

I understood what you wanted to say, but 500W does not seem enough. The minimum PSU requirement listed on AMD's website is 500W, with all the other components taken into account. So a 500W will kind of be like walking on the edge, you know?

do u know how is that "minimum" decided by AMD??
it is due to the low quality non-true rated PSU, they take THAT in account.
do u know that in the same brand like say corsair,
a 430W could be more expensive than a 450W??
"QUALITY" does that
and a psu of 500W could be even as cheap as 10$ !!
and the 7850 is not as power consuming, a 500W is MORE than enough
