No signal to monitor after installing GPU

Specs
Mobo: Gigabyte b75-d3v
CPU: intel i5 3470
RAM: Corsiar vengence 8GB
HDD: Seagate 500 gb sata 3
PSU: 430w
GPU: Gigabyte 7850 OC 2GB

For whatever reason when I install the GPU my computer gives no signal, however the fans on the mobo still run.

I've tried a different GPU and that worked, I have tried a 500w psu and that failed.

I have tried unplugging all other components not needed to boot to test if the psu is powerful enough, which still lead to no signal.

I have tried the gpu in a different computer with a 400w which worked.

I also tested in a computer of similar specs with a 500w psu and asus h61 mobo which didnt work either.

I hjave also tried installing all the drivers and also went into bios and set it to pci express which didnt work.

I have no idea what it could be, it appears the gpu works, there is enough power and it is compatible with the mobo yet it dosnt work.

Please help.

boot using the i gpu and update the BIOS of your mainboard...see if that works

I cannot boot with the gpu in, I tried updating it but during the download it crashed and I decided it was too risky

bare in mind it was an unbranded £10 psu
