Will this be able to run BF3.

That's a horrible pc, with two 6570 crossfire, which is not a good idea, it will run BF3 poorly, even at low settings, it won't be good.
I would look for better prebuilds with a much better single card like the 660/7870 or 660 ti/7950.

Can you find me a good prebuilt pc on tigerdirect for 1k? pls

Well the case is good, so you can fit in there new parts, i don't know what's the mobo, though, an i5 will last, and the gpu is pretty good.
The psu might be a generic one, so when some day you might want a high end card, you'll have to buy a new psu.
