Heat and noise issue.

I have this system and am having heat & noise issue.

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor (not OCed)
CPU Cooler: Normal stock cooler fan
Motherboard: Asus P8Z68-V Pro/Gen3 Motherboard
Memory: Cosair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Hitachi 500GB 3.5" Internal Hard Drive
Storage: Intel 520 Series 180GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 570 4GB Video Card
Case: CM Elite 311 Plus
Power Supply: Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 550W
Optical Drive: Samsung 24X DVD writer SH-S243D
Use: gaming ( BF3, BO2, Dota2, SC2, Skyrim ), Surfing & watching movie.

Should I upgrade (<$700) or build new system (<$1500)? Thank you :D

i think you should fix it up.

where is the noise coming from?

heat.... what about it? no airflow? components failing due to heat? explain.


that build looks pretty good (i know it aint new, but i think you can keep it for a couple of more years at least [the money that you will spend today for a new build will get you a lot further in 2 years on a new build :) ])

You should fix the problem. If you're playing at 1080p, that build is still relevant for another 1 or 2 years.
