I am gonna build new pc and is this any good? it is a gaming machine with high perfomance.

looks like a good build, good job

on newegg that case is 70$ already, (dont know if you gonna get it somehwere else cheaper) you could put in another 30$ and get a full tower, like nzxt 410

Yes, that is a fantastic gaming machine, you really won't see much better performance.You will be able to max just about every game in existence without a problem. The only thing I would add is that windows 8 SUCKS for gaming, I have it and there are SO many issues that it is unbelievable. Stick to windows 7 64bit and you won't have a bad time.
