Advice on this build?

Hi, I've been waiting 5 months to do a build. Now I'm wondering if I should wait till june 2nd to get haswell.. Anyway can you guys help me with this Ivy build if I do decide to buy it before haswell. and by help I mean check this parts list as Follows.. Also $ isn't a issue, I also need help on a custom water cool loop. Like what size rad I need to cool the CPU GPU and RAM
