Low budget gamer, if that what you are looking for, its not bad. I'd stay away from gigabyte cases, NZXT and Rosewill might have better offerings, but for $24 you know what you are getting.

The H61 really pins you down. Too bad you can't free up $30 more for a H77. The 6670 is an ok choice for the money, but I'd go with a 7750 for ten bucks more:

Will i need a CPU fan or heatsink?
and i don't know what dvd drive i should get.

DVD drive is fine.

The CPU heatsink and fan comes with the CPU in the box set you are purchasing. It is all you will need for cooling. Good choice on the DVD drive.
