More about good gaming computer
  1. Really good setup there. If you can, get a Vertex 4 instead of the Vertex 2.
  2. Switch i7 3770k to i5 3570. i7 won't benefit you for gaming and non K version because you have no interest in overclocking.
  3. 1. Case does matter, and that case is amazing in terms of features and cables. I suggest getting it.

    2. You can do ultra on Skyrim with a 7950. You won't notice the difference.

    3. Sound card isn't necessary, unless you make music, etc.

    4. Overkill of a PSU. Get like a 550W from SeaSonic, XFX or Corsair.

    5. No intention of OC and you get an unlocked multiplier? Rather pointless, unless you wanna try your luck with the stock fan ( it's going to get loud ).

    6. Vertex 4 > Vertex 2.
