New monitor, help please

Hey guys! just got a new 23 inch 1080p monitor and i need help getting the screen fixed. Everything works fine but look and the picture and you'll see that youtube is like all the way to the left for some reason. leaving the entire left side just a bid empty white area. is there a way to stretch it out and make it look like normal but keep the 1080p quality?
