are these specs good?

i just purchased a new rig with these specs, just wondering if I will be able to play all the latst games plus ones coming in the future on ULTRA settings for the next couple years.
Core i7-3820 quad-core CPU, 16GB of 1333MHz DDR3 RAM, a 2TB hard drive with 120GB solid state drive, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX680 2gb

It will definitely bring you through the next couple of years. That platform will also allow you to add another 680, if necessary as well. Great general specs for sure.
