Awesome build, but personally, I would get like a 500W PSU and get a 2TB Seagate. But if you don't need any extra storage, go right ahead. Although an SSD would have been nice.

You may be better off with a boost edition 7950 that will boost higher than the factory overclocked 7950
added in an SDD and swapped out the black for the blue (blue is actually faster)
Kingston ram that does not have high heatspreader (purely cost saving move)
gigabyte mb over the asrock one (personal and power delivery reasons)
550w psu since the 620w can't CFX, either 550w or 750-850w (if you want CFX later)

If you do have it, grab an ASrock extreme4+i5 3570k for around $290

If not, i would tune down the build and get a locked version of the CPU/go for AMD since OCing the CPU helps a lot if going SLI/CFX
