You need a much better card for gaming, a 7770 is a low end card, that psu is overkill.
Get at least a card like the 660 gtx or 7870, the best will be either a 7870 tahiti le or 660 ti/7950.

Gaming is primarily dependent on the graphics card, and a 7770 is puny when paired with an overclocked 3570K
A GTX670 or 7950 would be more appropriate.

I don't know that it necessarily has to be a GTX 670 or HD 7950, but pairing a Core i5-3570k with an HD 7770 is rather unbalanced for gaming. At least go for a 7850.

Yes, it's a decent psu, though, i rather get the xfx 550 core edition or the seasonic s12ii 520, if it's possible.

It's much better than the 7770, it's a step up in the right direction, though, i'd look for a 7870 tahiti le, if it has one, or a 7950 if you can afford it, if not, well, the 7870 will give you a good gaming experience.

No, as already stated, you need a better graphics card. The rest is OK but you could do better by building it yourself. Check this out. Very similar to what you listed for about the same money with a far better graphics card plus you get all the fun and the sense of accomplishment of having built it yourself. For a little more you could select a Radeon HD 7950 or a GTX 670 graphics card and still be right around $1200.
