No, as already stated, you need a better graphics card. The rest is OK but you could do better by building it yourself. Check this out. Very similar to what you listed for about the same money with a far better graphics card plus you get all the fun and the sense of accomplishment of having built it yourself. For a little more you could select a Radeon HD 7950 or a GTX 670 graphics card and still be right around $1200.
