PC shuts down randomly during a game

So I've had a new graphics card and and new PSU,
the card is EVGA Nvidia GTX 460 SE
the PSU is Thermaltake TR2 TR-600 600W Power Supply

While playing Counter Strike: Global Offensive, the computer shuts down randomly and the power button will not turn it on again. I don't know which one of them causes this problem.

overheating? check your CPU/GPU temp...

some crazy people make sure their GPU cool by adding thermal paste into the chip or even toothpaste LOL
