Is it possible to combine a GTX680 SOC 2GB with a GTX680 FTW 4GB in SLI to get 4GB of GDDR5 RAM?

no, it will be the lowest ram from both

2GB

from GTX680 SOC 2GB...

the 4GB card will be used only 2gb

well you can force them to work together...but you will only end up loosing 2gb of v ram in your gtx 680 fwt.
I have personally not used nvidia for a while now...it was possible earlier using coolbits and I am not sure if nvidia has disabled that in the recent drivers
