Can this PSU support my build?

Well, I've had some freezing problems with installation of Windows 7.
I did some troubleshooting, came to the conclusion that it was a faulty/incompatible motherboard, and RMA'd it. New motherboard coming Tuesday. Now I'm thinking that it might be a PSU problem.

Will this build work with the PSU?:

Mobo: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GBx2
VGA: Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 Ghz Edition
CPU: FX-6300 w/ Cooler Master 212 Plus
PSU: Antec VP-450 450W ATX 12V v2.3

It should be able to.

Did you flash the bios to the newest version? 6300 being relatively new could've given you problems.

I don't have the M5A97 yet.

I was having problems with this Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3
I updated the BIOS on that Mobo, tried one stick of RAM in every slot, tried onboard graphics (Onboard graphics froze, random characters, blue lines), unplugged all USB/un-needed hardware, changed RAM timing, everything really..
So I just came to the conclusion that it was the motherboard, hopefully this new motherboard will work.
