Msi motherboard on board vga problem

Hello friends.
I am getting critical problem from MSI 7312 motherboard.
When I start my pc I can see red and blue vertical line on my monitor.I am confirmed my monitor is ok because I test to another pc and no vertical line.but I connect monitor to my MSI 7312 motherboard I got same problem vertical line.....

PLEASE HELP...

MOB-MSI 7312
CPU-AMD ATHLON 64 X2 2.90GHZ
RAM-DDR 2 RAM
SMPS-500W.

Install a graphics card in one of the PCI slots and connect monitor to that instead.

I have tested already getting restart my pc and continuous beep sound.
What to do please help.I want to fix on board VGA.

You wont be able to fix physical or electrical damage to the graphics portion of the chips on your motherboard

But if you can boot and then head for device manager you could uninstall the graphics driver , then reboot which should load a fresh copy .
I do not think this will work , but it costs nothing so it is worth trying
