That's a laptop memory right? you need a desktop memory not laptop memory...
Don't go for that PSU... get a PSU from XFX/Seasonic/Antec/Xigmatek/FSP/Corsair/Enermax/Rosewill(not the stallion series)
and also try upgrading that GPU to at least HD 7750 if you plan to game on it...
