Is the HD7750 compatible with an Allied AL-B400atx psu?

I currently have a 300 watt psu and I found a 400watt Allied al-b400atx kicking around and I'm wondering if that would be compatible with an HD7750 (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161403 this one).

Any suggestions would be great!

or perhaps this card would be fine with my current 300watt psu? It seems some of the commenters on the newegg reviews claim it works with their <300watt psu's. Unfortunately, I'm not positive what PSU is in my tower at the moment.
