This should be simple but I am having trouble. The manual says to get the setup menus to appear, use the remote and hit AMP then OK and a menu should appear. Well there is no menu on either the remote screen or the receiver's front panel. I have the remote in USE mode, should it be something different? I need to program a new digital audio input and change my speaker layout. This is the first time I have tried this, I can't imagine that I need to be connected to a monitor for this. Any thoughts? Anyone know a Marantz tech support phone number?

Thanks,
Jeff

The 7200 does not output its menu to the built-in display OR the remote LCD
screen. You need to be connected to a monitor. Also, the remote needs to be
in USE mode, which it should be in most of the time anyway.
