I am not so good with PC's so some instrucitons would be great :). Ok so lately my computer has been having random crashes, it is either a black screen or a blue screen with vertical lines and nothing works, ive tried pressing number tab to see if it was responsive and it was not. This computer is about a year old too but I have upgraded everything since I got it. It was working fine but this randomly happened. Anyways heres a dxdiag hopefully I put the right info somewhere. HELP PLEASE No one else is willing to.

I just got this card from RMA 3 months ago. It is not overclocked and it runs at 60oC on games such as Crysis after a series of fan installs. It used to run at 80oC so this is a great improvement. Also this graphics card I have called back for RMA twice. First time MSI failed uberly to notice a mistake, then I took it to a main office and it was found right away. The second time they sent me same model but a different one. Rare thing is that catalyst control center wont give me the OC options which is wierd. It never did with this one or the old one. Please help

If u tryied uninstalling GPU from device manager does that clean out the driver? I have done that but it persisted. This crash appears easiest when I am livestream with Xsplit to my twitch channel. Otherwise its just random.
