Future proof PC

Hello everyone,

As i am a gamer and games are become more and more demanding.. my current pc hardware might not cut it in the future. Now i replaced some parts but i feel like some things are not in par with the rest of the hardware.

This is my current hardware:

CPU: Intel Core i7-920 (Bloomfield, D0)
2666 MHz (20.00x133.3) @ 1603 MHz (12.00x133.6)
Motherboard: ASUS P6T

Should i replace my memory with some one? if so .. any advice what i should get? I assume low voltage?

more ram wouldnt make a difference. faster ram also wouldnt make a difference. your rig can still hold out. when you cant play games at medium settings is when id replace the rig

What about overclocking my current CPU? would that increase performance ?

yes. id try 3.2ghz but then you might need a new heatsink if you are using the stock model

Ok thanks!Ye i am thinking about getting the mugen.. is that easy to fit in a antec 900 2?
