this is a gaming rig?

get i5-3570k
motherboard; asrock extreme4 / P8Z77-V or P8Z77-V pro
1600mhz ram/ g.skill/vengeance (comes usually higher mhz)
gpu;

or this i believe is better
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvr787oc2gd
bang for buck case with 3.0usb and enough room for any gpu is corsair 200r

for power supply, get a good branded power supply. such as Corsair/Seasonic/Antec
something like a 600watt psu will be more than enough.

if you do not care about looks and just want a good cheap power supply, you go for Non modular, this one may be a little expensive for what im talking about (meaning that you can get cheaper for what i stated) but this is a good psu

so look for something like that.

spend the extra 40$ on i5 for a better system.
