CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: Nvidia GeForce GT 610, unknown PSU make, 500W

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: Mobo- Gigabit GA-78LMT-S2, CPU-AMD FX-4100, 8GB RAM

  1. Hd 7770 at newegg would be perfect for system and screen res.you can maxout any games.

If you can spemd a little tiny bit more you can get twice the performance than a crappy little hd 7770 try this http://m.newegg.com/Product?itemNumber=N82E16814121446 its the geforce gtx 560 but first click here--> www.hwcompare.com this will show you how much better it is. It is a beast though, but your psu can handle it.
