trying to build a little setup as a gift this person will only play some steam games like counter strike combat arms and maybe black ops well heres the setup the mobo is Msi AMD A55 MicroATX DDR3 1600 370 Motherboards FM2-A55M-E33 the cpu is AMD A4-5300 APU 3.4Ghz Processor and the gpu is MSI NVIDIA GeForce GT 620 2GB GDDR3 and the ram is Kingston Technology HyperX Blu 4 GB 1333 and the psu is Ocz sleathXstream2 500w and the tv they will use is a 720p could you game with this system at low settings thanks

you could play on lowest possible settings. The integrated GPU on the CPU is better than that awful gt620. all that will do is run powerpoint.

Get a cheap pentium CPU and add the money saved to a better GPU.

A4 is not a bad choice... you can add in another discrete GPU for Hybrid CFX to increase perfomance...
also don't take that PSU...get PSU form brands like Seasonic/Corsair/FSP/Enermax/Rosewill/Antec
