Loading software on mini-PC.

I have a new mini, VB90RI1, with no CD drive. OS & drivers are to be loading by a USB T-drive. I loaded them each to the thumb and booted, it recognizes the T-drive but loads nothing. What do I have to do ? ? ? <(*?*)>

You have to format the drive to make it bootable and mount the software as an ISO.
