(New Build) First time builder looking for feed back.

I have a corsair gs700 700w PSU still in the box that i will be using. I have monitor keyboard and mouse.
Basically I'm looking to get some feed back on my build. This is my first time building and the more people i talk to the more knowledge i will get and hopefully that will translate into a better pc. I'm shore a lot of you guys build PC's as a hobby and im just getting my feet wet. But there is no better time then the present and i wanna jump in head first.

My budget was $1400- met
The uses will be gaming streaming and editing and uploading those replays to youtube.
I want a system that will last me well for a few years.
I want a system i can be proud of as it will be my first personally build computer.

I would like to know: What OS would you suggest?
DO you think the overall build is good?
Do you think i got my money's worth?
Are there ways i can improve this build?
What are some tips that you can give me to make the actual building process easier?
