Build Review?

Hey guys just had a few quick questions tweaked a build and i was wondering if
you guys think this build will maintain around a 60 FPS in games such as WoW,
LoL, Diablo 3, Path of Exile and Starcraft2, mostly gonna be used to editing and
gaming, if you guys have any suggestions as to changed please let me know asap
any help is appreciated thanks.


CPU- Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler- Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard- ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory- Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage- Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card- PowerColor Radeon HD 7870 XT 2GB Video Card
Case- NZXT Phantom 410 (Gunmetal/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply- Corsair Enthusiast 650W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply
Optical Drive- Samsung SH-224BB DVD/CD Writer
Total: Around 1000$

Addtional Comments- Should i or Could i run Windows 7 Home on this have been hearing its better than
8 for gaming but im not entirely sure thanks again.

At 1080p, that build will crush any of those games. At 1440p you'd be running at 50+fps. I know this, because I have a VERY similar build (check member configuration). I went with 7, because I didn't and don't like 8. Get windows 7 OEM. I think you'll be very happy with that build.

I would probably modify a few things, but not due to any of the parts being poor quality/choice.

-better cooling
-better motherboard
-better cooler on video card
-cheaper ram
-has a SSD to speed things up
-cheaper case, but you get a SSD that makes up for the difference
-smaller psu as 650w isnt needed
-the OSes are about the same, just that windows 8 is faster overall. you can download ex7forw8 (google it) to get a windows 7 interface on windows 8. just that you will need to obtain a copy of windows 7 onto a usb (microsoft can give you a 30 day trial of windows 7, which wil work out for this operation)
