Which of these two HD 7950's is better

I've norrowed my choice down to two cards. Either the
XFX AMD Radeon HD 7950 Double D 3GB
or,
MSI AMD Radeon HD 7950 Twin Frozr III OC 3072MB

Which one is better? Which one has better cooling, OCing potential,which one is faster etc. The MSI has a warranty of 3 years and the XFX 2. So which one would you guys say is the better buy? Cheers

I would read reviews and whatnot on both.

Of the 2 brands listed above I have only had an XFX, and their customer support is great. And that card has a lifetime warranty, as most XFX cards do.

The V2 in the description. Not exactly sure what changed. It seems that site is using the same exact photos for each card, so not much help there.

Possibly more outputs or a some difference in cooling. Not exactly sure.
