If you can get what you've picked for that price i think it's a pretty good deal.

Few comments:

You've got an unlocked CPU but no cooler. Are you planning to OC? If yes then i'd get a good after market cooler like hyper 212 evo. If not then get an H77 mobo and the 3470.

If you're not planning to SLI then can get a lower wattage PSU, also an 80+ bronze should be sufficient, no need to go for gold unless it's on cheap.

If you get an aftermarket cooler get low profile ram so it doesnt interfere.

ok thanks. I might OC i am not 100% sure yet but I rather have the option there just in case, and the PSU is on sale on Newegg and I might SLI but like OCing im not 100% sure. Thanks and If I do OC than Ill get an aftermarket fan when the time comes :D
and also I got the i5-3570k already it was on sale at microcenter for $60 off so it came cheaper than the 3470 :D

That all sounds good then. You should be set with that. Other than RAM, if you can get low profile it will be better, that way if you choose to OC down the line, when you pick up your cooler you wont have to worry about the ram being in the way.

lol yeah. I have a dell xps 8300 with a 660ti but it runs well. I used to play xbox and got it for BF3, now I never touch my 360. And he plays a lot of 360 but when he played on my pc and saw how much nicer and smoother it was he wanted one too :)
