Old PSU I believe to be atx v 2.0

I've got this really old antec SP-450P PSU, and don't know my atx versions, would it work with an asrock A75M-HVS MB.

The wattage is more than sufficient, but will it fit?

it depends if your new MOBO requires 20Pin or 24 Pin power connector.

It has a 24 pin connector so it should work but I would just get something new. Old PSUs lose power overtime. What components will you be using?
