Help building my first PC

I was just wondering what CPU I should go with. I was thinking about the 3470k to save money, but is it worth upgrading to the 3570k? I've already bought the motherboard which won't overclock, but I could replace it down the line, will getting the 3570k give me a significantly higher frame rate in gaming?(ex.
