Are these specs enough for a workstation?

I'm building a mid-range workstation for the first time with the following specs, and would like to know what you think.
As I received no reply to my former thread I'm posting it again... any help would be great!

chassis: Cooler Master HAF XB
cpu: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition
cpu cooling: NZXT Kraken X60
gpu: AMD FirePro V5900
mobo: ASUS Crosshair-V Formula Z
ram: 2x 8 GB Corsair Vengeance PC3-14900(DDR3-1866)
ssd: Intel 520 120 GB SATA-600
hdd: Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB SATA-600
optical drive: LG CH10LS28 SATA-300
psu: Seasonic Platinum Series 760 Watt
fans: 120 mm Be Quiet! Silent Wings 2 and a 200 mm Cooler Master Megaflow 200

Is this a decent configuration for overclocking and heavy 3D workstation work?
Am I missing anything that might be useful?
