m building a low budget gaming desktop... but I'm not really building it. My uncle is... i just got to decide what parts I'm getting.I already have a gpu which is a sapphire hd 6770, and i want to try to crossfire it (double it). but if you can find a gpu from $50-160 that is better i'll take it. my computer has to be less than $700 or 600, if you want to update my list.

Solution
crossfire 6770s isn't worth it. It will still be not as good as a mid range current GPU.

Get an hd 7850 or a gtx660

Get a more recent CPU and motherboard. Yours are almost 2 years old.
Get the i5 3570k and a z77 motherboard

For gaming, I would get an i5 3470 and an h77 motherboard. It will be cheaper and you won't need the cooling stuff because you cannot overclock.

This will give you more money to get a better GPU. This is the most important part of a gaming rig by far.

Don't waste money on a motherboard. The one you listed isn't even for intel CPU's its for the AMD FX series. Just because some people got a DOA doesn't mean you will. Get a $70-$80 motherboard and get a better GPU

The GPU is what you want to focus on most here. Gaming experience is all based on the GPU.
