I build a computer for the first time nearly four months ago, and it worked great. However, last night after putting it into sleep mode I bumped into it, but it wasn't very hard so I assumed it was all fine. Today though, it won't start. When I press the power button, the exhaust fan spins for a moment, and the M_BIOS led flashes, but nothing else happens. Any idea what might be wrong?

All the cables seem to be secure.

Additional info:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H
CPU: Intel i5 3570 with stock cooling
Graphics card: PNY GT 430

Solution
Try one stick of RAM at a time in the correct slots, and try onboard video for the graphics card.

Is the Motherboard 24 pin power inserted all the way?

I take it you've troubleshooted the Graphics card and RAM?
(Try one stick of RAM at a time in the correct slots, and try onboard video for the graphics card.)

If you have, it needs to be RMA'd because you have a faulty board.

Edit: is the Motherboard 24 pin power inserted all the way?

Good news...
Just before removing the motherboard to return it, I decided to do a final check on all the wires. After unplugging all of them and plugging them back in, the computer started up fine. One of them must have been loose without me knowing.
