Getting Booted Off My Internet =/

Hey guys, I'm new here (obviously), I'm having a problem staying connected to my internet. Every 10-20min my router boots me off, and its quite frustrating...
I currently have Att U-Verse and am running at around 11.3Megs Downloading and around 1.3Megs Uploading. I contacted ATT and they simply changed my routers channel. Though roughly 10min after they did (and after I had gotten off the phone) it ended up disconnecting again...>.>

It only seems to disconnect when watching vids/surfing/playing games, and im unsure of what to do. Can anyone help? Its the newest 2wire that they send out btw. If that helps any.

The situation is easily predicted as how frustrating, it could be. It seems to be an issue with the router itself (could be hardware, could be software). Hence, if your router manufacturer avails any latest firmware/path for your model router, install it. And make sure that other devices which works wirelessly on the 2.4Ghz band, they are not around your router.

Give a try and see. Results should be fruitful!!!
