Cheap computer Build for needs

I am building a computer for my little brother and so far all i have is the cpu and the case, i was wondering if you guys can help me out with the rest, my little brother likes to play games like minecraft and games like that i dont think he plays fps shooters like BF3 so no need for expensive graphics card, he watches youtube videos, does school work, and has email he checks thats about it.... price range $500 or under(with Windows7Home)
