My rating : 6 out of 10
1) why a B75 MB when you have a 'K' CPU?you should get a Z77 MB... or just downgrade your CPU to i5-3470 and CPU cooler to CM hyper 212 evo/Xigmatek gaia...

2) why 12GB of ram? you're only going to game on this pc right...? so 12GB of ram is overkill...

3)GTX 680 is not worth it IMHO... GTX670 4GB or HD 7970 is better...

4) you should take Noctua NH-D14 instead of C-14...

5)is this a prebuilt desktop? you should go with custom build IMHO...

3570k with B75 chipset is bad (can't overclock it) so depending on if you want overclock or not, 3570 with B75 or 3570k with Z77 chipset will be the best...

I'd pick a 2X8gb or @ 2X4gb ram kit as 1155 is dual channel ram compatible and the third dimm is simply useless (other than the fact it's 4gb more) but 2X8gb will be better as more ram and allow further expansion... (Win 7 Home prenium limit at 16gb the ram amount so don't go higher as you'll need the pro or ultimate version of win 7...)

Razer Blackwindow... i don't like it... i've heard that key erase with time and really 160$ for a Razer product will never happen again on my side (had 3 mice from them not lasting a year without troubles when Microsoft, logitech and even Cooler Master last longer for cheaper with the same attributes...) Check for a G710 keyboard from Logitech (it'll be my choice for a mechanical keyoard)

Seagate VS WD is more on the warranty side, i would pick a cavair black as they have 5 years warranty but it's more your choice than anything else as both brands are good...

*** If you want a silent system go with Noctua for your case fans as 18$ is better spent on Noctua product in my point of view (have 2 on my cooler and i certifies that they're the most awesome fans i ever own...)

Also if you don't want to overclock, no need for the NH-c14 unless you want a really silent rig...

I would change the CM PSU for a Corsair unit as Cooler Master isn't the best in the low-mid end PSU range (only the Silent Pro have FSP internals as i know)

I'd give a 6.5 out of 10 as parts aren't all matched up for the reason i had listed...
