New High Performance Computer Build

I am trying to build a work server for my business. So far I have gotten the following parts. My budget is about $1500, but maybe more if I feel its worth it. What do you guys think?
Asus P8B-M Socket 1155/ Intel C204/ DDR3/ V&2GbE/ MATX Server Motherboard
XEON E3-1230 VER2 QUAD CORE B
STT D3-1333 8G/ECC x2 TOTAL 16GB SUPER TALENT MEMORY
Western Digital 1 TB black HD x3, total 3 TB before Raid
Kingwin removeable hd
Inwin case PE-689 for server
Cooler master 750 watts power supply.

I think it would help if you posted links to the parts you are thinking of buying , and explained what it is you require the computer to do

id say get 1 3tb hdd instead of raid o 3
