I am operating Acer veriton s661 desktop having

Intel DG-35 motherboard

2.66 Ghz Core 2 duo processor

2+2 Gb DDR-2 ram

and 250Watt Power Supply

i want to make sure if i can use "ATI RADEON HD 6570" on this pc and if it will fit in my desktop casing or not??

Solution
Considering you have a 65w CPU and that GPU doesn't take up much power at all it should work just fine. Easiest way to tell if it will fit is to take a ruler.

Thats in a system with that gpu + 2500k @ 4ghz.

i am measuring from PCI slot to the exit port

I can't find the specs on that psu but the 6570 is a fairly low power card as is the core 2 duo you have. it should work if you can find a gpu that fits the physical dimensions of the case. Gonna have to bust out your ruler bub.

Also noticed that it appears to be an SFF (small form factor) PSU so it probably is a SFF case and the reduced width would need to be taken into consideration when purchasing.

Found this though: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/FSP250-50GPA-250W-TFX-Power-supply-18-7x9-2x6-4cm-/251181343438
