It will work, but what's the reason for upgrading to such card?

Well, you'll be disappointed if you buy such a card. It's very weak and not suitable for gaming as well.

You could look at something like GT 640.

I know but I'm not looking to play new games on high settings. I'll be playing games from a couple years ago only. I have an integrated graphics card but it performs very mediocre so I'm sure any card will impress me. I'm also not looking to spend more than $50. This site is very helpful, thanks again.
