Is this a good built? (And a good price?)

Hi, with a little bit of help from a couple of forums i made this list of components i would like to buy, and a list of things i already have from my old pc, and i would like to ask if this is a good composition for a fair price:

Motherboard: MSI Z77A-GD55
117.95€

CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 Box, LGA1155 3.2 GHz quad-core
165.82€

Graphics Card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7950, 3GB GDDR5
271.95€

Cooler/Fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
28.56€

PSU: Thermaltake SMART M650W/ 80plus Bronze
75.25€

RAM: 4GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 MHz CL9
23.70€

Together with:
2x2gb RAM DDR3 1333 MHz (from my old pc)
Windows 7 business 64-bit
Hard-Drive, DVD-Drive, Tower, Peripherals

For a total of: 683,23€

The computer doesnt need to be high-end, i really dont want to spend any more money then i already do now, I would rather want to spend less.
But I think this will be enough for the next couple of years. I do not need to play on the highest graphics settings.
Any suggestions? Is this okay? Is the price too high?

Thanks for your time.

well since you picked non overclock processor you can downgrade the motherboard to a z75 chipset and save some money there
you dont need an aftermarket cooler, the stock one will do fine
i would not suggest mixing your old and new ram, get a 4gb x2 sticks for dual channel

Thanks you for the reply. Do you think the prices are fair for the components listed?
or do you suggest i look for other vendors?
