I'm about to buy this system. Need one final overview.

Hey guys.

My main concerns are picking a MOBO and staying below $800, preferably $750. I cant go over 800.

The parts are as follows:

MOBO: BIOSTAR TZ77XE3 OR MSI Z77A-G41 OR ASRock LGA1155/Intel Z75

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866

PSU: RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-530SS

This totals to about: $670 + Peripherals + Tax - Rebates

My grand total should be no more than 750 -800.


Can someone help me pick the right MOBO?

for mobo go with asrock but z77 chipset
raidmax psu's are *** get better brand one such as corsair or asus
no case and hard drive? lol

why 1600 over 1866?

the raidmax im planning on getting has a good reputation on newegg. I feel like i can get away with it.

I didnt add a case or hard drive because im going for the cheapest i can find

because you wont notice the 1-5% performance increase for paying extra
raidmax cases are cheap
