Thinking of upgrading graphics card

Hello,

I currently have an Nvidia GT520 2GB DDR3 graphics card. I'm looking to upgrade as I am a gamer and unfortunately the card just isn't up to handling games like skyrim in higher settings.

My current choices are either the Zotac GeForce GT 630 4GB DDR3 or the Zotac GeForce GT 650 2GB DDR5. Now I know that DDR5 is faster but would it be better to opt for the 4GB of vram over the faster DDR5 considering it is only 2GB?

PS
Current set up:
Board: ASRock 970 Extreme3
Proc: 3.10 gigahertz AMD FX-8120 Eight-Core
Memory: 16GB

the amount of gpu ram is only a factor if it is not enough. for such a slow card (630) even 8gb of memory will not help. even a 560ti 1gb will blow that 630 out of the water.
get the faster card, memory is not everything.

bf3 eats up around 1.7gb of gpu memory on ultra @1080p. just to cite an example, but of course don't expect ultra (using bf3 as example) if you're using a low end card even if it has 4gb. even the 650 wont be able to handle ultra
