Suggestions on Upgrade

Before I get started, I am posting in this section because I get the feeling my CPU is what I should upgrade next but when I look at the benchmarks I am no longer sure. So here is my specs

--Motherboard--
GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

*Note: bought this awhile back cant remember exactly when, I have previously over clocked it to 4.0 ghz. (thats the highest i could get it) I must say the performance increase wasnt worth it so i returned the clock to back to 3.7ghz. So to be clear my current clock for my cpu is stock, 3.7ghz.

*Note: Oh man, I bought this memory back in 2011 when it was on sale for $60 lol, i figured more memory would not be a huge improvement but i could be completely wrong.

--Video Card--
EVGA GTX 660

*Note: Got the video card this Christmas along with my motherboard, when the GTX 660's drop down to around $100 - 150 i plan to do an sli configuration

--Power Supply--
950 Watts
*Note: Don't have a link, got it on sale at bestbuy a while ago but runs just fine it. So i don't plan on upgrading it.

--Hard Drives--
*Note: They are a few years old but they work and in terms of performance, in games i highly doubt upgrading these will prove any huge performance gain in games.

2x OCZ Vertex Plus
The link can no longer be found, newegg removed the item. The SSD drive had negative reviews. I bought them when each drive was only $60. (That was a good price when i bought them back a year or 2 ago) when it did not have negative reviews but they still run really good so I see no reason to upgrade them at this current time. Also they are not in a raid, one is used as a boot drive and the other as a drive for running games off of

Case, keyboard, mouse, monitor not relevant, but i can post info if anyone wants to know it. (I don't mind )

I'm clueless on what i should upgrade next, I just tried playing crysis 3 and I can play on high with some stuttering. I want to do an sli configuration with the 660's when they come down in price. Any suggestions on what I should upgrade next. If I upgraded my cpu I have no idea what would be a good upgrade on AMD's side.

crysis 3 does really well with amd processors because of all their cores so upgrading your cpu to a 6300 or 8350 would be good

So upgrading my processor to one of the newer ones would improve performance in games all around or just in crysis?

You have a nice processor there, as games dont use hyperthreading i would either upgrade to a 6300/8350 or leave it. You said you want to play crysis 3 and if you want ultra detail, i would look at getting a 7970.

Hmm, I just got the gtx 660, I would rather look into an sli configuration then buying a 7970, I'm also looking for suggestions for the future, not things that i have to buy right his moment.
