What Card w TV-Out for DVDplayback on Videobeamer?

Hi all,

i want to buy a videobeamer, problem is that my current graphic card doesnt have a tv-out which i need for that purpose.
which card can you recommend me? should be a rather cheap one though... 3D performance plays no role, only the tvout quality for watching videos.
pci or agp - i dont care.

it only has to be good for video playback - i wont use it for working or surfing etc.
