Bottleneck w/ new GPU

So I was planning to replace my GPU with an MSI GTX 660 Twin Frozr III OC Ed but well i think that it will bottleneck with my current specs..

Specifications:
CPU: Intel Core i3 550 @3.2 GHz
GPU: Power Color Radeon HD 5570 1GB DDR3 --> MSI GTX 660 Twin Frozr III OC Ed
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 GB DDR3 1333
MOBO: Asus P7H55-M LX
OS: Windows 7 Home Basic 32-Bit

There will be no bottleneck with gtx 660.

So does this mean that my soon to be specs won't have any problems at all when playing games such as BattleField 3?

No they shouldn't have really. Although BF3 does benefit from stronger CPUs, you will still get very decent performance since it is mostly GPU bound.
